We are pleased to present a four-week health program designed to bring more relaxation and well-being to your daily work routine. Every week, your employees receive access to two videos, which can be flexibly and individually integrated into their workday.Each week includes:
- A video on the topic of breathing (with Sports Scientist M.Sc. Kevin)
- A video featuring fascia training (fascia ball or tennis ball required) (with Physiotherapist Andi and Sports Scientist M.Sc. Katharina)
