Corporate Health with R2comSport – Your path to better health & movement at work

We are pleased to present a four-week health program designed to bring more relaxation and well-being to your daily work routine. Every week, your employees receive access to two videos, which can be flexibly and individually integrated into their workday.

Each week includes:

  • A video on the topic of breathing (with Sports Scientist M.Sc. Kevin)
  • A video featuring fascia training (fascia ball or tennis ball required) (with Physiotherapist Andi and Sports Scientist M.Sc. Katharina)

Our program aims to effectively counteract the negative consequences of one-sided movement patterns and stress. Fascia 3: Anti-knee pain (10:40 minutes)

Week 4

Session 4: Breathing and Movement (20:58 minutes)
Fascia 4: Foot reflex zones (13:45 minutes)
