Isokinetics is a computer-aided system that records and evaluates joint-characteristic movements. The forces applied, the extent of movement, the work performed and the performance are measured. The aim of such diagnostics is to make statements about any functional disorders that may be present. These include, above all, muscle imbalances, muscle asymmetries, limited range of motion and limited performance.
