Functional training

In this type of training, great importance is placed on the functionality of the exercises. Individual muscles are not trained in isolation, but rather the entire body is stressed during the respective exercises using training equipment such as kettlebells, sling and RIP trainers or ropes and the support and holding muscles are developed.
